He is an accomplished, knowledgeable business executive with over 40 years of business transaction experience. Prior to entering Business Brokerage, Steve worked in the equipment leasing and financing business as VP Regional Sales Manager at GE Capital and Fifth Third Bank. Responsibilities were deal origination, completing credit and financial risk analysis, presenting, and recommending the investment to senior committee members for approval. Leading, coordinating, and negotiating documentation and closing. Prior, Steve worked in Mortgage Banking as Regional Manager at Wells Fargo Bank. Here, he managed all branch operations, including P&L, sales, processing, administration, regulatory compliance, and closings. Steve’s experience and comprehensive skill set effectively transfer the knowledge needed for successful Business Brokerage transactions.
